During my tenure at Delia's, teen fashion brand, I had the privilege of working in their New York City headquarters from 2007 to 2010 and again from 2012 to 2015. As a team of one of the website design team, I was responsible for designing and strategizing the website's user experience and devising strategies to increase user engagement and conversion rates. This involved planning and executing A/B tests to optimize the website's design, layout, and content, ensuring a seamless user experience that aligned with the brand's identity.
Furthermore, I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and merchant teams, to develop effective email campaigns that highlighted key products and offered enticing discounts. Through a combination of persuasive copy and visually appealing designs, these email campaigns aimed to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.
Working alongside engineers, I implemented interactive features and site improvements that enhanced the user experience and further supported the brand's overall business objectives. Through my efforts, I strived to achieve Delia's goals of creating a compelling online presence that engaged with their target audience and generated a loyal customer base in the fast-paced fashion industry.
